The fastest way to finish is to stack mission-specific players in your lineup during your Conquest runs. This allows you to complete multiple missions at once. Here's how to do it:
Stack "Back-to-Back" Hits:
Use Nolan Arenado, Nolan Gorman, Juan Yepez, and Dylan Carlson. Each player needs one extra-base hit (XBH) to progress.
Pitching Missions:
I'm Blue: Win a game with Kerry Wood.
Wait a Third: Win a game using Gold Clay Holmes.
Whoops: Pitch one inning with A.J. Puk.
Conquest Specific:
Hit an XBH with Troy Tulowitzki while completing the Egg Map.
Diamond Quest:
Hit a home run with any player named Kyle, like Kyle Schwarber or Kyle Stowers.
Mini Seasons:
Earn 500 PXP with players wearing jersey #7 or #28.
